Each week you will have 9 lessons in class and 6 ‘out and
about’. In the classroom lessons you prepare for outdoor trips.

Literary Oxford
Oxford has been the home of many famous writers, from Lewis
Carroll (Alice in Wonderland) and CS Lewis (the Narnia books)
to JRR Tolkien (Lord of the Rings). Learn more about some
of these books and writers. |

Messing about on the River
Throughout history the river has been central to life in Oxford.
Learn more about life on the river, and using the river as
a guide, improve your knowledge of English vocabulary and
the language of socialising.

Start any Monday.
Study Length:1 or 2 weeks . 15 lessons per week.
9 lessons in class (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 6 lessons with
teacher outside (Tuesday, Friday). 12.30-15.30
Accommodation: University
residences recommended. Homestay available.
Level of English Required for Course: Upper Intermediate
level of general English or higher. Minimum age: 16
